ABSTANANCE
To reframe, withhold, to not engage. Specifically, to not engage or practice Sex.
Truthfully, many people act as if sex is a right written in the Constitution. But is it something we should do... A writer once wrote, "All things are lawful for me, but I will not be a slave of sin.
When people want to do something, they look for ways to do so, even at the detriment of others and whatever ills they must suffer.
Yes, you can do anything you want... but should you?
Whether you can or not is not the issue. Will the exercise and use of your freedom harm yourself and others?
Follow-up question... if it did, would you do it anyway?
The Implications of Casual Sex
At some level, you have to agree with these statements, and similarly, if you are for abortion, "I'd rather a person die than for me to give up my right to have sex." "I'd rather an innocent person be harmed than stop having sex!" "My pleasure is more important to me than another human being's (baby) life."
That's really what it boils down to...
Yes, you may feel bad, but if the sadness and grief you experience prompt you to change, then it is good that it has grieved you. "The wounds of a friend are faithful" But sadness that does not cause you to repent is superficial and the same terrible acts will continue. If you went on and killed the child anyway, what difference would sadness make? I genuinely believe that one day, everyone will change their heart, but the only question is, when they do, how many innocents will have been murdered? Innocent babies whose only crime was just existing, and they did not commit it; their parents did. We must be honest; we lie to ourselves by not telling the truth about our actions.
I know these are strong words, but people are dying for 3 minutes of fun.
But isn't a woman's body her choice? Can't she do what she wants with it?
Again, it's never been a question do you have the right or the freedom, but rather, is it right, will it lead to slavery or worst yet death?
That's pretty much the implication regarding those who have casual sex and look for a way to beat the system GOD set in place. What I'm saying is that it is natural for a woman to get pregnant after sex; it is an expected possible outcome from the event.
Abortion itself is an unnatural procedure that people do to prevent natural outcomes. It is a life hack, a cheat code, a way of getting around the system GOD made in order to do what you want with no consequences... so they claim!
Hacks are useful ways to correct or fix things and make life easier. But, in this case, the woman is hacking her body with chemicals that don't naturally belong there. Surgeries with potential adverse outcomes and complications that could and should avoided if nature was allowed to take its course.
And, at the end of all of it, someone is dead because someone had to have their way. Let me not sugarcoat this... "You Should Not Be Having Casual Sex In The First Place."
So often, people look at sex as a right and not a privilege specific to marriage. When we take sex out of the context and safety of the Marriage relationship, Anything Could Happen!
Here is the answer so you don't have to have life-altering surgery, put chemicals in your body, and someone innocent has to die is what The Bible told us, "ABSTINENCE."
It's not a bad word; people treat it like a curse. But what it means is you will not have sex. You will Abstain from sexual pleasure...
A quick story,
In the Book of Genesis, Joseph, the son of Jacob, was sold as an enslaved person in Egypt and served in a man named Potiphar's house. Potiphar's wife attempted to sleep with Joseph on several occasions, but he refused.
Joseph told her, your husband made me the enslaved person in charge of everything in his house... I have control over things.
What I'm trying to highlight is that Joseph had the ability and capacity and the opportunity to have sex with Potiphar's wife... But he said, "No". Why?
Because he did not want to hurt Potiphar, No!
Because he did not want to get in trouble? No!
Because he did not want to stain his integrity? No!
Because he did not want to dishonor GOD...? Yes!
GOD was always in his decision-making.
Because of that, he walked with integrity.
And did not abuse another man's wife. Her giving consent was never a factor. What GOD thought about his behaviors governed how he should live.
So, should we...
What about hard cases? Rape, Incest, health issues, and others?
"In this world, you will have trouble. But be of good cheer. I have overcome the world." - JESUS CHRIST. JESUS said we would have trouble in the world, but HE told us not to be discouraged and joyous.
JESUS is telling all of us there is trouble we can't avoid as much as we would like. Bad things do happen, irrespective of who you may be.
I understand that bringing a child into the world can be challenging, and caring for one is difficult.
But JESUS makes another promise to me and you. HE said, "I have overcome the world."
There is pain, but HE Promises to Help you in the middle of going through the pain. And because HE overcame the world, so will you...
Even the worst pain of all, The Sting of Death.  If you put your faith in JESUS you will even overcome Death someday in the future.
Now, if JESUS can overcome and defeat Death, how great are your problems in light of it?
It's not easy to carry a baby and then raise one, there is pain involved... But if you have JESUS HE will be involved as well.
Our faith comes into play when we understand that we must face difficulties and not run from them or do something sinful to get our needs met or spare our own lives.
When the Early Christians first put faith in JESUS, many of them were killed under the Roman Emperor because they would not recant or renounce their Faith in JESUS and pledge allegiance and give praise to Caesar.
In fact some were killed immediately as they came out of the water of Baptism. They got baptized knowing that as soon as they came up, they would be speared or run through.
Why I am mentioning this is these people were dedicated to CHRIST to such a level that they were willing t face homelessness, starvation, beatings and even death for their faith. Many people today are not even willing to be discomforted.
When you consider that people say, "May I have a moment of your time?" that is exactly what it is... you are always giving or spending your time on something. Something vital makes a difference in the world, other than none at all. But how you choose to spend your time says a lot about you...
Have you ever taken inventory of how you spend your time and discovered what you value most in your life? You may say you hate your job, but it's always been your choice to work there. No one can make you. You might say, but you have to; that's the only job I can get.
That may be true that it is the only job, but you don't have to work there... The alternative, of course, is not to work at all. It's any unpleasant idea, but what I trying to get across is just like the Early Christians you have a choice the alternative may be unpleasant but the power in your hand. Every time a woman sleeps their way to the top or a young boy sells dope to his brothers so he can eat, lying to escape prison or sacrificing someone else for your mistakes and similar are all bowing to Ceasar, fearing what will happen if you don't lower your standards or do something beneath you.
"GOD will always tell you to do something beyond you, Satan will always tell you to do something beneath you."
Fear of dead-end careers, hunger, or lack of want or need. Many a woman sold her body never realizing she was selling her soul to Ceasar, the cruel king.
On the other hand, there have been many people who have given up well-paying jobs and careers, because GOD told them to leave and trust HIM to supply their needs. There have been drug dealers that give up millions because they knew that selling death to their brothers was against GOD was speaking to their hearts, it was beneath them. There have been people in all sorts of illegal activities that could be millionaires right now, but they chose the way of CHRIST instead of Riches...
They feared GOD and not Ceasar.
"What good would it be to gain the entire world and lose your soul?"
Do you fear Ceasar? Ceasar could be anything, the fear of man and what he will think of you for being pregnant. The fear of being unable to provide, lack of funds, homelessness, career halted and so on. Whatever the reason, Ceasar wants you to bow your knee before him. He can't physically make you have an abortion but he can turn up the pressure and try to make you afraid... That is why trust in CHRIST is so important... Without faith in CHRIST JESUS, Ceasar will become your god.
Many people bowed to and even worshiped Ceasar because Ceasar controlled their pleasures and their pains. But, you never have to do what Ceasar said. The choice is your's. I's always been.
Even Ceasar, could make the Early Christians bow their knee to him, all he could do is place pressure to change their minds. But Ceasar is not GOD and is ultimately powerless... and he knows it!
If we go further, we see that Ceasar is an archetype of The Devil, who tempts people... He can't make people do anything, but he can use fear and the lust for pleasure to persuade them to obey. He acts as king over a great amount of people who have sold themselves to him for the pleasure he gives and the threat of his wrath. That is an actual truth, many today are in fear of Ceasar's decrees and do thing they know are wrong in their hearts but, if they don't they will suffer the consequences. But, in life, there are always consequences for right or wrong... You might as will do right.
So, looking at it again, you are either obeying GOD or The Devil, aka Satan/ Ceasar.
What I'm saying is no one can make you have the baby or an abortion, the power is in your hand... Stress and problems don't make you quit, or give up, it's ultimately your choice. All they can do is try to pursued you to have an abortion, with promises of a better more easier life... But they can't give you an easy life... I already mentioned JESUS said, In this life you will have trouble.", that is with or without a baby.
However, in trying to  get around the system or nature, you may compound your problem unknowingly. But, you can do something else, you can deal with problems and hardships when they come and ask JESUS to strengthen your Fatih and bring you through it.
A wise man once said, "You can always do what's right." He did not say that it would feel good or that there would not be trouble or adversity along the way. He was letting know I always, always, always have the power to do good, even when I hurts...
And that is what GOD is calling his followers to do. Just like CHRIST willingly went to the Cross for your sake and mine, you can, as a follower of CHRIST, give everything (time, energy, wealth, and so on) to the glory of GOD and the Blessing of others.
There is such a thing as the Blessing or Anointing. The Blessing is the ability to succeed in the face of trouble... The Blessing does not mean you will not face trouble, but rather you will power through it and come out the other side as a champion.
What the Devil meant for evil, GOD meant for your GOD.
Stop trying to abort the Blessing, if your go throught the proccess you will be better for it if you do it GOD'S way.
 "A Matter of Trust!"
With all this being said, there is a GOD... it's never right to do what is wrong.
There are not instances I know of where a person arrested for stealing or robbery was let go because life is hard, they came from a broken home, mom and dad, both were on drugs, got in a gang at 12, they could not afford college or were abused going up. We prosecute people who have this background and experiences in life.
I care about people suffering, I recognize that some people have had things that would not have wanted and did not ask. Rape, Incest are wicked Crimes... But you let GOD be GOD...
"Won't The Judge of all the earth do what is right?"
If you take matters into your own hands, you move GOD out of the way and hurt an innocent person in order to balance the scales...
But again Faith is trusting GOD. Not just with where you will be after this life. But how will you live here now?
There is injustice in this world, but there is a Good GOD Who Promises to make everything right. But if you seek justice or try to right it on your own, understand you may not be doing justice but revenge.
"Revnge is Mine, says THE LORD."
If you take revenge, understand you put yourself in a place where GOD will have to deal with you.
The truth is, we don't always deliver justice rightly, as we think. Sometimes it's too much, and sometimes it's not enough. Sometimes, punishment is placed on innocent people.
But, if you put it in the Hands of GOD HE will make sure everyone receives what they deserve,e whether good or bad.
Also, to get revenge, you block and hold up GOD's blessings for you.
I know people have wronged you, but the best thing you can do is first Pray to GOD, ask for Healing, and for the ability to forgive those who wronged you (Forgive them).
Second, notify the police or authorities. It is important that this person not do what they did to anyone else.
"Good things come out of bad situations, for those who believe in CHRIST"
Third, Trust GOD to love you and make right every wrong no matter how long it takes...
Do not make an innocent baby paid for the wrongs of a father, no matter how wicked...
Fourth, Love that Child and like them, know that GOD Loves them and gives blessings in the midst of adversity. And do not make them suffer for the harm that was unjustly caused to you.
A man was once betrayed by his brothers, sold as a slave, and taken to a faraway land, never to be seen again. While there he was sold to a man who used his talents to care for his house. His house was blessed by the presence of the man, even though he was a slave. Trouble struck, and the man was arrested and thrown in prison because a vengeful woman lied to him. In the prison, which was really a dungeon, he would surely die. But, GOD'S Grace was on him there, and others, even the jailer, could see it... The man, now a prisoner, was also the head of the prison and ran the prison for the jailer. And the prison was blessed because GOD was with HIM in that dark, nasty place, causing him to prosper. Because of the gift GOD placed inside of him and the integrity of his heart, the King of the land removed him from the prison and used his ability to solve a problem no one else could. After the problem was solved, the king decided he was too valuable to leave in jail/ dungeon and was made the second in command in all the land. All people were now to take orders from the man.
The same man who was beat by his brothers and sold into slavery, who was lied upon and mistreated, who lived in a stink, nasty dungeon
At the end of the story, GOD balanced the scales and gave justice, but the brothers who betrayed him had to travel for food because of famine. They came to land, that their brother now had full control of, not knowing that he was still alive. In fact, they had to ask the man, their brother, for food and never knew that the person they were speaking to was him. They later discovered that the man who helped them survive was their brother, whom they betrayed and sold.
At some point, they feared that their brother would have them killed...
But he said something profound,
"You meant it for evil, but GOD meant it for good..."
He goes on, "To save many lives."
The man realized something, their wicked deeds, as wicked and evil as they were, were only the mechanism by which the blessing on his life could be seen.
You see, the stars only come out at night, beautiful plants only grow in the dirt, and precious diamonds are dug in the ground.
It is the backdrop of darkness and pain that the Goodness of GOD and the Blessing is seen most clearly and made visible... What was always there was the anointing, which is seen when needed.
The man offered his brothers something they needed more than anything, and that was Grace. The brothers gave GOD a chance to show HIS love through the man to wicked people. What good is love that only loves those that are kind in return. JESUS' love is a radical love. It teaches you to love your enemies, be kind to those who despitefully use you, Pray for your enemies, and love the unlovable. Power is made known in these situations, not when all is good and everything is well. All is not well, no it's not good. The world is infected with sin and people intentionally hurt each other every day. But in the face of evil wickedness and harm, when those close to use choose to cause intentional pain, GOD is manifest, HE made known to the world by how we respond to the evil that is force on us...
Again, the Devil meant it for evil... the brothers meant it for evil... the person who hurt you the reader meant it for evil.... But you know what?
GOD meant it also! And HE meant it to save live and change hearts... HE meant it to bring order to homes and prisons... HE meant it to bring Light to a dark situation like a prison or dungeon. HE meant it solve problems that no one else can. And HE meant it to raise you up to a higher standard and plane. GOD meant the situation you are going through to Better and and others around you... but the key is you have to walk with "Integrity". Have a heart that is willing in the face of pain, darkness and suffering to show the love of GOD to anyone and everyone, and be ready to forgive everyone and give grace to those who may not deserve it. Please, show the Light of CHRIST in response to the wrong that was done to you... Don't seek to balance the scales, let GOD do that on your behalf.
At any point in the story, the man could have become angry, bitter, or vengeful and got back at those who hurt him or did a lazy job. But instead, he rose to the challenge to keep his integrity, and he and others were blessed.
The case of incest or rape or health concerns is hard. But you can always do what's right in the pain. You can always be the light no matter how dark everyone is. You can always choose life even when facing death.
Abortion, will not take away your pain, it may create new ones. But, your pain is an opportunity to make the invisible power of GOD visible to others and the Anointing on you now to others...
Don't abort Destiny... Because, The Devil meant it for evil, but GOD meant it for your GOD...
Do you Believe GOD is in control?
GOD Bless you, the Life you carry in your womb and Anointing on your life.
Jimmy M, Evangelist.
Would you like the Anointing...
It's free... Just Ask JESUS!
