The fire was sent to test his metal to see what he was made of. The flames shot out of the furnace as the burning coals screamed. Into the fire... The metal melted under the pressure, driving the impurities to the surface of the now liquid. The dredges and dross were drawn out, and the metal was pure.

Now is when the metal is poured into the mold, creating a form for beauty, function, or defense, perhaps all three. And a Sword was formed that hour sharpened and polished. A man is created; more than a man, a hero is born.

Into the fire, gentlemen... into the fire.

The world needs Heroes. Into the flames. Test your metal, purify it, and let it make you into a Hero... polished and sharpened for battle—a thing of power and honor.

From the time men are born until we leave this world, there is something in us that makes them want to defend and protect others. We find ourselves in situations where we stand up for those who are in need and defend what is right.

As children, we played cops and robbers, soldiers, and wrestlers with our little or older brothers and friends. We fought even though our parents told us not to.

We stood up to the bully in grade school, lifted weights in high school, and wrestled in college. We went off to the military and got injured in battle, but we reenlisted again. When we got out, we went for what we knew: We signed up to become Police Officers. We gave law enforcement our best and stayed past retirement because this is the pattern of our lives.

This is our story, each one of us, more or less... But it's something along these lines.

Every man is called to save the world and affect it somehow.

We, as men, do things for honor and out of a sense of right. That is why we fight wars, go to the army, and fight even when injured. That is why we run head first in burning buildings and save babies. That is why we fight thugs and muggers and people who abuse children.

For glory!

Men seek fire. The fire proves us. It is in the fire, in the testing, that we show who and what we are. Challenge does not destroy us; it makes us better. We come out sharp and polished and are recognized by others.

My Plea

Look, right now, thousands of babies are killed every day. Probably more than documented. I know many men think abortion is not a man's issue, but it does concern you. If you were involved in the making of a baby, shouldn't you have some say in what happens to the child? You may or may not want to be a father at this time, and many things can complicate or stress your life, but remember, it is in the fire that we prove whether we are heroes or not. I  know you can save a child in a burning building, but I want to see if you would stick up for one in the womb of its mother. You can not force someone not to have an abortion. But you can argue respectfully, reason, get informed on the issue, vote to save lives and teach others.

Men... Heroes, honor is at stake. Even more lives are... I don't have to describe what an abortion does to a body. It is morbid, and Jacob. 

Even if you are not a father or one to be, you can make a difference... Speak up for those who are too weak to do so. Men GOD has give us such great power, physically, we can not be detered by those who oppose us. I am not suggesting physical violence. I am asking you to help change a mindset that is killing innocent people. How can we call ourselves Heroes if we let children get killed by their mothers at that... we can't!

Remember who you are. When you know who you are, it will dictate your actions. If you remember you are a champion, you'll come back from being knocked out. And you will speak against the evil of abortion when you know you are a Hero. I know it's scary, but the fire and the challenges prove us and make us better. YOU CAN DO FATHERHOOD, AND JESUS CAN HELP YOU.

But every athlete will be forgotten. And every soldier disappears time. Gentlemen, only what you do for CHRIST will last... The greatest of deeds and the best acts will someday fade away. But, what you do for CHRIST will last for Eternity.

Saving lives is important, and I pray you will. Life is valuable at every stage. But only Jesus can Save Souls.

Help me, brothers, end Abortion. Start with those closest to you. And, beyond abortion, know JESUS CHRIST so HE will forgive all your sins
