Can you trust The Bible? The answer is Yes!
I want to give a quick rundown of reason why you can trust your Bible. You are welcome to explore and dive deep later on.

Here are a few points:
The Bible is Historically Accurate... like no other book.
The Bible is Scientifically Accurate...
The Bible is (Prophetic), it Speaks about future events in the Old Testament that are fulfilled in the New Testament.
The Bible has no errors.
All the Books in the Bible Harmonize with each other, giving proof that it was written by GOD and not man.
The Bible is the only Book in the world that can read you.
Those are the objective, lets dig in.
1. The Bible is historically Accurate
Throughout the Bible we find events that happen in the Middle Eastern area of the world Africa, Europe, and going into Asia.
When we search in these areas that the Bible claim it's events happened, we find evidence. Proof that specific peoples have existed and that they did do specific things the Bible claims. The finding of archeology are consistant with what the Bible actuals says happen.
We do not have evidence for every single Biblical event, but it is important to know that we have Never found evidence contradicting the Bible and what it states.
Let's continue.
2. The Bible is Scientifically Accurate.
Like the last point, there has never been scientific evidence that has disproved The Bible.
For example the Theory of Evolution has always been a theory... Meaning it's never been proven. The Theory of Evolution has changed over the years and has depended greatly on time. In fact in some instances scientist state that there is not enough time for animals to evolve to the complicity and diversity that we see today.
Where as the Teaching of The Bible have not changed in mainstream Christianity.
Christians have always believed that JESUS is and a was GOD. That HE sacrificed HIS Life for sinners, that HE was bone of a virgin. And HIS Return one day.
Scientist on the other hand have changed their opinion a lot times on everything from Earth science, to the Big Bang, Physics to T-Rex having feathers like a bird.
All the while increasing the amount of time, the age of our planet, solar system and universe, making things older then what they are. The scientist need the extra time to explain the creation of these things or everything. The idea is given billions of years everything we see can come into existence on it's own, without the Help of an outside force, (that being GOD). Be with every new discovery they are force to extend the years and increase the age and then thing start to make no sense. The time of the dinosaurs are in question and so is everything else.
Again, we don't find scientific discoveries that cancel out the Bible or contradict it.
Moving right along.
3. The Bible is (Prophetic).
The word "Prophetic", deals with, the ability to speak what is heard from GOD... It has to do with calling forth thing into existence. In otherwords GOD, speking through prophets in the Old Testament Spoke somethings that must and shall occur into existence in the future.
The most noted are the Prophecies about JESUS in the Old Testament.
The Prophecies about JESUS are seen throughout the Old Testament. Most know are the Isaiah Prophecies....
" "
This is where we get Christmas.
The Belief that GOD would come to live and be among HIS People.
In the Book of Psalm there is another important one.
" "
This is where Christians get Easter, sometimes called Resurrection Day or Resurrection Sunday. Some even call it Victory Suday, because it is the Day JESUS proved that HE Defeated Death for us.
But these are not the only Prophecies about JESUS.
In fact, there are over 350 Prophecies about JESUS CHRIST already fulfilled in the New Testament.
Going further there are more Prophecies about JESUS that are waiting to be fulfilled.
And there are more Prophecies about other events that shall and have already happened.
We find that all though out The Bible not just the Old Testament.
Ok, up next...
4. The Bible has no errors.
This is an important one, because the bible claims to be The Word of GOD. With that said, we have to make sure it is addressed properly.
The Bible claims to be The Word of GOD. Therefore, what it says has to be accurate and true. How do we test this?
Many claim the Bible has errors, is this so?
First off, The bible is The Word of GOD, [inspired].
Meaning, that the Bible is not word for word... like someone taking dictation. It is not verbatim. It is the Inspired Word of GOD. Which means that the exact word for word is not the point of The Bible, it is the message or Spirit which is being conveyed...
For example, If you parent told you to, "Go to the store and pick up the order." You understand what they mean. Your parent wants you to go to the store and retrieve the order and bring it back to them. Did your parent have to say, "Go to the store and get the order and bring it back to me."? No, you understand what is being conveyed to you.
In the same way the Bible has information that is understood in context of The Spirit behind it...
So we can translate The Bible from one language to another, but interpretation is a matter of context. Because, The Bible can actually interpret itself.
When understood we see that supposed error do not exist.
Another important thing to mention is that The Bible we have today is translated from another language, Greek, Hebrew and Aramaic.
This is where many will say, the errors exist in the translation of language. But that is not an issue Greek, Hebrew and Aramaic are languages anyone can learn and be fluent. We can translate The Bible with great certainty. So much so, that we can use The Bible as a historical reference to find Biblical artifacts in the area. If they we unable to read understand The Bibe they would not be able to use it to find all the evidence of Biblical events.
In regard to things being lost in translation of The Bible, nothing of major importance is lost or misunderstood.
I'll end this section with this, when we examine the copies of the Bible we find that some calim that not all the copies agree with one another. The Manuscript copies of the Bible are a vast ancient group of writings. They are of different books of the Bible and some of them say different things. The skeptic says, "See, I told you the Bible as errors!"
Not so fast!
The vast amount of copies of the Bible is not proof of error, it actually is proof of the Truth of The Bible and Inspiration of GOD'S Word.
What I mean is this, it becomes easy to point out differences in the copies and say they don't agree. But, look at all the areas of The Bible where they do agree... the majority of the Bible copies are in agreement. It is easy to spot problemss.
Doesn't that mean that there are errors then in the Bible?
Actually, No!
Look, these are copies we don't have the Original books of the Bible, the only thing we have is the copy. That said the copies were written by hand by human beings at different times and in different parts of the world. It is nothing for a copyist to slip and make a spelling error add or leave out a word.
But, the Bible protects itself with a safeguard by the amount of copies. Every copyist (person who copies the Bible) is not making the same spelling error or miss the same word at the same spot. So, we can see what's missing from one copy by looking at the copies that have missing sections.
How many copies of The Bible do we have?
5,800 Greek copies of the New Testament, 10,000 Latin copies, and 9,300 copies in various languages.
It is impossible that they all made the same error, given that these people did not even know each other, or were in the same room, possible did not speak the same language.
Again none of the parts in question affect any teaching of Christianity.
And if the was not enough there is the evidence of The Early Church Fathers. These men are the students of JESUS' Disciples. They also have left writing for us... It's been said, that it is possible to reconstruct almost the entire Bible from the writes of The Early Church Fathers
When you look at the differences of the Bible copies none of the differences are actually affect any teachings of Christianity.
Therefore, when we examine the claims of people who deny the Bible we find that the claims are not true.
Let keep going!
5. All the Books in the Bible Harmonize with each other.
There are 66 books in the Bible. There are approx. 40 human authors. We don't know who are the authors of some of the Books.
The Bible is broken into two testaments, old and new. The Old Testament contains the origins of creation of all things and GOD'S purpose for humanity, the teachings and history of the Jewish people, the prophetic promises of GOD as JESUS CHRIST coming to live here with us and die for us, and the bedrock of the Christian Faith, which is expanded upon the New Testament. The New Testament is the earthly history and ministry of JESUS, the fulfillment of the Old Testament prophecies and completion of Judaism, the origins of the Church and the final moments of creation and the Heavenly reward of those who Trusted in JESUS.
When an honest person looks at the cohesion of the Old Testament and the New they can see that the whole time the Old Teastament was conveying a message about JESUS CHRIST, through prophecies, promises and shadows....
For example, David and Goliath. David is a Shadow of JESUS. David is a shepherd who becam king. In his early years he killed a giant named Goliath. Goliath was a monster and respresented Satan. So the Prophetic image conveyed is JESUS will defeat Satan in order to save HIS people. Moses is another type or shadow of JESUS. Moses is a rescuer who saved his people the Jews from the hand of evil Pharoah in Egypt. Moses represents JESUS and who does Pharoah represent?
The Devil...
JESUS is going to Save HIS people from slavery to The Devil.
There also Jonah who spent 3 days in the belly of a fish which represented death. And JESUS who died and spent 3 days in the earth (in the grave, that is death), afterwhich he broke free from death... Death could not hold him.
How about Sampson, the strongest man in the world? Sampson did something very interesting he rose in the middle of the night and ripped his enemies gates out the ground pillars and all and walked with them up hill. What that represented is JESUS, the Spiritual Strongman breaking the Gates of Hell, this a bit more church tradition and not specifically said in scripture but I think it is alluded to. Also, Sampson's death did more damage to his enemies than he did during his life.
Similarly, JEUS healed many sick and cast out many demons from people... But the Greatest thing JESUS did to ruin Satan's kingdom is Sacrificing HIS Life for all humanity to Save us from The Devil's grip.
These are just a few, but when we look similarities, we being to question how did the human authors in the Old Testament know to write that about JESUS without knowing they were rwriting about HIM?
Ok, how did the human authors in the New Testament create a story about a man who fulfills and is alluded to in the Old Testament?
Considering most of the authors of the Old Testament did not even know each other and lived during different times and events there is all of cohesion between them. Even more then people who sit together in a room and try to put stuff together or brainstorm ideas.
To give you an idea what I mean, think about comic books. When writer come together to make a story for a comic book, there are times when the brainstorming produces holes in the plot, errors and contradictions that udue all of what was said in the previous parts of the story...
For example, "How can the hero be afriad of cats and have a cat as a sidekick?" Sound ridiculous. But, think about it on TV shows there things that happen in the second or third season that contradict the first.
Now, consider if professional writers sitting it the sameroom with each other can't get the storyline straight, how is it possible for men who never meet, were from times and on different continents put together a stroyline that accuratly describes a man, his life, purpose and mission, that they would never meet and had no idea who HE is?
It's not possible!
No human could do it. This would mean that GO would have to intervine and overshade them, guilding what they should write. If you remember, I said The Bible is the Inspiried Word of GOD. HE spiried these men to write, gifting them.
That would then mean that GOD wrote the Bible.
Now that's just in the Old Testament, the same thing possible more would have to take place in the New Testament as well.
Once a coincidence, but twice?
66 Books, 40 plus authors, in different geographical locations at different time, most of which never met the others, GOD would have to be involved for that to happen. I heard one person say, it's not 66 books, it's really One book...
GOD over shadowing and empowering men to write.
There's much more, but I will stop there.
Lastly we wrap up with...
6. The Bible is the only Book in the world that can read you.
What that means is this, The Bibles is not a group of words on a page or a collection stories or quotes. It is actually Living and GOD Breathe. Remember, I said that people can translate the Bible, but then I explained interpretation of The Bible? Well, many people can translate it, but not everyone takes the time to sit down read and the Bible and hear personally what it is say to them...
In fact, many people feel uncomfortable reading the Bible because the more time you spend with it starts to convict you of any areas of sin in your life. people don't want to feel bad or guilty. But that feeling is a good feeling, especially because it draws you to JESUS and repentance. Anything that drives you to JESUS and away from sin is a good thing. Feeling Convicted of sin is not meant to destroy you, GOD put it there warn you and bring you closer to HIMSELF.
The Bible can see into you... and tell you who you are. And that make some uncomfortable.
The real question is not, "Can you trust The Bible?'
It is, "Will you give your life to JESUS and Submit to HIM for Eternity?"
Not everyone, but so many people look for a way out of not obeying GOD. They look f excuses and reasons not to believe. Because, if its not truth you don't have to obey... right?
My question to you is, "What would you do if it is True?"
How you answer this question will determine how you will search for the Truth. And, what thereafter you will do when you find it.
The People during JESUS' day had The One, Who is Truth walking with them and they rejected HIM, even after seeing the Miracles JESUS preformed and their own Books prophecying about HIM. They had The Truth right there and killed The Truth because it not fit with the lifestyle they wanted to live. Each of them, claim to be Truth searchers, and Lovers of GOD'S Truth, but secretely, they had a truth that they regard higher than the Truth of GOD in their hearts.
Search for Truth... I caution you, be prepared to submit to it when you find it.
Blessings...
